ORDER PROCESSING: Please allow up to 1-2 business days to process your order. You can expect an email shortly after your order to let you know your order is on the way! We do aim to ship the same or next business day for all orders.

Where we ship

We ship to most addresses across Canada. Our goal is simple: get you what you need as efficiently as possible.

How orders are fulfilled (new)

Home & Well now ships in two ways:

  • Fulfilled by Home & Well (from our primary shipping locations in Ontario), and/or

  • Shipped directly from our supplier partners (drop shipping) from additional areas in Ontario and across Canada

By shipping some items directly from trusted suppliers, we can reduce unnecessary double-shipping, warehousing, and stocking costs—and in many cases, get products to you faster.

What this means for your order

Because items may come from different fulfillment locations:

  • You may receive multiple shipments for a single order

  • Items may arrive on different days

  • You’ll receive tracking details for each package when available

Shipping rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, package size/weight, and the fulfillment method for the items in your cart.

Processing & delivery times

Processing times and delivery estimates can vary by product:

  • In-stock items ship as quickly as possible after your order is placed

  • Drop-ship items may have different handling times depending on the supplier and their location

If your order includes a mix of in-stock and drop-ship items, your delivery timeline may reflect the slowest item in the cart.

Remote / rural addresses

Some remote or rural areas may experience longer delivery times. If a shipment requires a special carrier or route, we’ll notify you if there are any issues.

TRACKING: Tracking will be updated and provided to you when you order is fulfilled (i.e. ready to ship). We are always more than happy to update you on your order status. Please contact customerservice@homeandwell.ca for any additional information or inquiries.

Canada | Rural, northern and remote: Please do contact us if you are not observing free $50+ shipping within Canada. It could be the case that we have not shipped to your area previously. We are happy to review our shipping set-up and rates, and hopefully provide better access for you with Home & Well.

United States orders: Shipping is calculated based on package size/weight and location (duties may apply). There is also a location based flat-rate available at check-out. Please do contact us if you have any questions about shipping!

LOCAL DELIVERY: Customers in the Lakefield, ON or Peterborough, ON area may qualify for free local delivery! This is automatically calculated by shipping address at checkout. Your order will be shipped according to our delivery route and can be expected in 1-3 days. If you would like your order sooner or if the package is a gift, please use the provided space in your cart to request an arrival date. For same day delivery, orders should be placed by 12pm. Please note, same day deliveries are not guaranteed. However, most orders that qualify for free local delivery are received the same or next business day!
