Metchosin Pink is a unique tomato developed right here at Metchosin Farm. With medium-sized, thin-skinned fruit and vibrant pink flesh, these tomatoes are not only beautiful but deliciously sweet and juicy. This variety has quickly become a favourite among farm staff for both its flavour and productivity. As a newer variety still being stabilized, some off-types may appear—making it a great opportunity for gardeners to save seeds and select their own strain.

Where Can You Grow Metchosin Pink Tomato?
Thriving in Zones 3–9, these indeterminate tomatoes grow best in full sun with rich, well-drained soil. Perfect for raised beds, greenhouses, or large containers with proper support.

History and Historical Uses
Bred and selected at Metchosin Farm, this variety represents the ongoing work of farmers and seed savers to adapt crops to specific local climates. With its standout colour, flavour, and productivity, it’s already earned its place in our summer gardens and farm lunches.
