ORDER PROCESSING: Please allow up to 1-2 business days to process your order. You can expect an email shortly after your order to let you know your order is on the way! 

SHIPPING: Orders are typically packed and sent for shipping with our carriers in 1-2 business days. While most orders are packaged and picked up by carriers the same or next business day of your order, large items may require additional time. Please note, arrival times may vary based on location, holidays, and weather. 

In the case that larger items, such as furniture, take additional time for processing and shipping–  expected shipment time frames will be specified in the product description. 

The majority of products in an order are shipped together. Orders are shipped from Ontario and may take additional time for delivery depending on your location.

A flat-rate shipping charge of $9.99 is applied to Canadian orders under $80 before tax (some restrictions may apply on larger items and based on location).

Promotional offers and discount codes can generally be applied with the free shipping over $80 offer!

TRACKING: Tracking will be updated and provided to you when you order is fulfilled (i.e. ready to ship). We are always more than happy to update you on your order status. Please contact customerservice@homeandwell.ca for any additional information or inquiries.

Canada | Rural, northern and remote: Please do contact us if you are not observing free $80+ shipping within Canada. It could be the case that we have not shipped to your area previously. We are happy to review our shipping set-up and rates, and hopefully provide better access for you with Home & Well.

United States orders: Shipping is calculated based on package size/weight and location (duties may apply). There is also a location based flat-rate available at check-out. Please do contact us if you have any questions about shipping!

LOCAL DELIVERY: Customers in the Lakefield, ON or Peterborough, ON area may qualify for free local delivery! This is automatically calculated by shipping address at checkout. Your order will be shipped according to our delivery route and can be expected in 1-3 days. If you would like your order sooner or if the package is a gift, please use the provided space in your cart to request an arrival date. For same day delivery, orders should be placed by 12pm. Please note, same day deliveries are not guaranteed.
